⚠️ What is unlikely to work

The following legacy devices and settings are not supported and are unlikely to work:

  • Legacy Devices: Devices manufactured before 2015 or those that haven't received software updates in several years.

  • Internet Explorer: Any version of IE is strictly unsupported.

  • Active VPNs/Antivirus: Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and strict antivirus apps can sometimes block the connection.

πŸ’‘ Good to know

Here are a few important details regarding platform usage and security:

  • Public Computers: Using public or shared computers (like a library or hospital kiosk) works perfectly fine as long as their browser is up to date.

  • Security First: Keeping your device's operating system and browser updated is the best way to keep your health information secure and private.

πŸ› οΈ Having trouble connecting?

If a page is failing to load, try the following steps:

  1. Temporarily toggle off your VPN or Antivirus app and retry the link.

  2. Update your web browser to the latest version.

  3. Restart your device.

  • Forms not opening? Some browsers and email clients block pop-ups by default, which can prevent forms from opening in a new window. If clicking a form link doesn't seem to do anything, check that pop-ups are allowed for this site, or try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

  • Still having issues? Please reach out to your care team or contact Subflow Health support for assistance.
