⚠️ What is unlikely to work

The following legacy devices and settings are not supported and are unlikely to work:

  • Legacy Devices: Devices manufactured before 2015 or those that haven't received software updates in several years.

  • Internet Explorer: Any version of IE is strictly unsupported.

  • Active VPNs/Antivirus: Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and strict antivirus apps can sometimes block the connection.

  • Public Computers: Using public or shared computers (like a library or hospital kiosk) works perfectly fine as long as their browser is up to date.
