Getting Started: Setting Up Your Subflow Account
Welcome to Subflow! We’re excited to help you streamline your communication and engagement. This guide will walk you through what to expect as you set up your account and get started with the platform.
Step 1: Choose Your Plan and Make Payment
After selecting the Subflow plan that best fits your needs, your dedicated account representative will send you a secure payment link via Stripe. Once your payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to a short onboarding form where you’ll provide a few key details about your business.
Step 2: Text Confirmation from Support
You’ll receive a personalized text message from our Support Team shortly after submitting your onboarding form. This message will come from your Subflow support number—be sure to save this contact as "Subflow" in your phone. You can text us anytime if you have questions or need help throughout the setup process.
Step 3: Account Setup & Phone Number Verification
Within 2 business days, our onboarding team will:

Set up your Subflow account

Begin verifying your dedicated business texting number

Prepare your login credentials and send you next steps
⚠️ Please Note:
You will not be able to send text messages until your business number and use case have been verified and registered. This step is essential to remain compliant with federal texting regulations.
Step 4: Use Case Registration (Texting Compliance)
Once we receive your onboarding form, our team will register your business number for A2P (Application-to-Person) texting compliance. This ensures that your messages are delivered reliably and legally.
This process typically takes less than 5 business days to complete but can vary case by case.
Step 5: Log In & Explore the Dashboard
As soon as your account setup is complete, you’ll receive instructions on how to log in to Subflow. Once logged in, we recommend taking a few minutes to get comfortable with the dashboard layout.
