Note: Meetings is currently in beta. Some features may be limited or in development.
Subflow’s Meetings feature allows you to host virtual appointments, telehealth check-ins, group sessions, and more—without needing third-party tools. You can generate unique meeting links, share them with your contacts, and start video meetings directly within the platform.
Accessing Meetings
To get started, click “Meetings” in the left-hand navigation panel.
Here you’ll see a list of all meeting links that have already been created, along with their titles, descriptions, and options to manage or join each session.
Creating a New Meeting
To create a new meeting:

Click “Create Meeting” in the top-right corner.

-
Cover Image (optional) – Add an image to visually brand or organize your meeting.
-
-
Click Save.
Once saved, you’ll receive a unique meeting link that can be shared in:
-
One-to-one conversations
-
Broadcast messages
-

-
Email or SMS templates
Managing Your Meetings
After a meeting is created, you’ll see the following actions available:
-
Start Meeting – Launch the video call instantly from within Subflow.
