📷 Graphic Specifications

Graphics can be used for cover images, headers, or embedded visuals within your content. To maintain visual quality and consistency, please follow these specifications:

Courses

• Recommended Dimensions: 1920px x 1080px

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9

• Format: JPG or PNG

• File Size: Under 2MB for optimal loading

• Purpose: This image serves as the course’s cover image and is displayed prominently in course previews and when shared via link.

💡 Tip: Use bold text overlays, clear branding, or imagery that communicates the theme of your course (e.g., fitness, wellness, recovery).

Meeting Cover Image

• Minimum Dimensions: 900px x 550px

• Recommended Aspect Ratio: 1.64:1

• Format: JPG or PNG

• File Size: Under 1MB recommended

• Purpose: This image is used as the cover image for virtual meetings and will appear in meeting previews and links shared via SMS or email.

🎥 Video Specifications

If you plan to embed videos within courses, pages, or messages, here are the recommended specs to ensure smooth playback and compatibility:

  • Minimum: 720p (1280x720)

• File Format:

  • .MP4 is preferred for universal support

  • .MOV also supported (but larger in size)

• Max File Size:

  • Under 500MB per file is recommended

  • For larger videos, consider compressing before upload using tools like HandBrake or Adobe Media Encoder

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9

• Length: No hard limit, but we recommend keeping videos under 5 minutes for best engagement (especially for mobile viewers)
