Creating Digital Pages in Subflow

Pages in Subflow are a fast and flexible way to build digital resource pages that can be shared directly with your contacts and patients. Using Subflow’s intuitive drag-and-drop builder, you can create custom landing pages for a wide range of use cases—from educational guides to procedural overviews and signup flows.

What Are Pages For?

Pages can serve as:

• Surgery prep or post-op guides

• “What to Expect” resources

• Procedure signup and scheduling pages

• Educational landing pages with videos and FAQs

• Central hubs for important links and downloadable content

These pages are mobile-friendly and can be easily shared via SMS, email, or workflows.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to Pages in the left-hand navigation panel

2. Click “Create Page” in the top-right corner

3. Give your page a name, then click “Create Page” to enter the page builder

Building Your Page with Blocks

Once inside the Page Builder, you'll use blocks to design the layout and content of your page. Blocks are pre-built components designed to help you quickly assemble useful and engaging content.

📦 Available Block Types

• Title – Add section headers or page titles

• Paragraph – Insert blocks of text and information

• Image – Upload and insert images from your media library

• Library – Embed videos or collections from your Subflow content library

• Blockquote – Highlight important quotes, tips, or key messages

• Accordion – Create dropdown FAQ sections with nested questions and answers

• Call to Action – Add buttons that link to forms, checkout pages, or external resources

To add a block, simply click and drag it into the desired position on your page. You can reorder blocks by dragging them up or down.

Customizing Block Content and Settings

Each block can be customized directly in the builder:

✍️ Text-Based Blocks

• Click within the block to edit inline content

• Choose text styles (e.g., H1, H2, paragraph)

• Align text (left, center, right)

• Hide or unhide elements using the eye icon

🖼️ Image Blocks

• Use the image + icon to select media from your library

• Click the expand icon to control how the image is displayed (cover, contain, fill, scale down)

• Hide/show elements within the block using the eye icon

⚙️ Block-Level Settings

Click the block settings icon (top-right of the block) to:

• Set the maximum width of the block

• Adjust alignment (left, center, right)

• Toggle visibility for mobile/desktop views

Page Settings & Preview

At the top of the builder, you can:

• Click “Preview” to view your page before publishing

• Toggle between mobile and desktop views

• Click the page settings icon (next to “Save Changes”) to:

  • Edit the page name and slug (URL)

  • Add an open graph image (for link previews)

  • Set the page as Published or Unpublished

• Use accordions for FAQs to keep pages clean and readable

• Add clear calls-to-action (e.g., “Book Now,” “Get Started”)

• Include images and videos to break up text and increase engagement

• Use page-specific slugs (e.g., /knee-rehab-guide) to improve clarity and tracking
